Please number your photos in the sequence in which you would like them to appear in your slide show presentation. If you would like captions to appear on individual images, identify these photos by the sequence number and include the caption next to the sequence number.

If you would like a text slide to precede a series of photos, indicate the sequence number of the first photo that will follow the text slide, and specify the text that should appear.

If you have specific background music you would like to include, tell me what you would like and I will contact you to let you know what we need to do to make it happen.

Click the  Order Form  menu item to print the order form, fill in all the information, and then contact me at   cherie@memoriesdvdiva.com to arrange delivery and return options.

Your photos will be returned to you by the means agreed upon, along with your slide show DVD and any additional copies you have ordered. If you are local, please contact me to make person-to-person arrangements for photo delivery and return.
